The 104-year journey of the Yoga Institute, emphasising its rich past and the continuation of the tradition created by Shri Yogendra Ji in 1918. The Malad branch, ideally located near Mumbai’s Malad West Metro Station, provides a tranquil respite from the city’s rush and bustle. The institute takes pleasure in establishing a peaceful environment with tranquil aesthetics and artwork that stimulates focus and relaxation.

Our Course

200 hrs Yoga TTC 2 Month (8 weeks) TTC On Campus – English

Our 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training Course (TTC) provides a complete yoga education. In addition to physical postures, the training addresses many areas of yoga such as philosophy, anatomy, and spirituality.

Through a combination of theory and practice, this programme strives to prepare individuals for real-world teaching situations. Experienced educators in yoga offer advice on the curriculum, managing varied students, and effectively communicating yogic philosophy. Importantly, no prior experience or prerequisites are required, making it accessible to anybody interested in pursuing a career as a yoga teacher.

Our Course

Regular Asana Class

Regular Asana Class times are tailored to accommodate a variety of schedules. Classes begin at 6 a.m. for early risers and the last at 8 p.m. for those who prefer evening yoga. Participants can pick for three-day-a-week, six-day-a-week, or weekend-only courses, all of which feature 60-minute sessions that deliver a comprehensive experience that integrates body, mind, and spirit.

These classes are led by experienced instructors who provide a well-rounded curriculum that incorporates physical postures, breath control techniques, and relaxation approaches. These programmes appeal to a variety of requirements, whether it’s managing health conditions, better flexibility, strength building, or seeking inner calm.
